xSphere: a telecom pitch that redraws the roaming market

xSphere is building an AI-driven marketplace for global roaming on eSIM. We designed its pitch deck: a market worth more than $100B, the shift to eSIM, a value chain that no longer works and a four-phase plan to win it.

Title slide “Roaming Reimagined”: a woman on a sofa smiling at her phone

The challenge

Roaming is a mature business run by mobile operators, and few investors know how it works. The deck had to size the market, explain why eSIM changes it and make room for a new kind of player, all before the solution slide.

Every claim needed a number or a source, without turning the pitch into a report.

  • Investor story
  • Two-colour system
  • Diagrams
  • Market data

Inside the deck

Market slide: a roaming market worth more than $100B inside a telecom market above $1T, with data roaming at $48B and $80B

The market in one view: $48B in 2024 and $80B by 2030, inside a telecom market worth more than $1T.

Our approach

  1. 01

    Market first

The opening slides size the market and walk through the eSIM shift year by year, so the problem is clear before xSphere appears.

  2. 02

    Two colours, one argument

Deep indigo sets the context and magenta marks what changes. Each headline highlights one phrase, so the argument reads at a glance.

  3. 03

    Diagrams, not bullets

The value chain, the AI marketplace and the go-to-market plan are drawn as diagrams, so investors follow the logic without reading paragraphs.

Solution slide on magenta: a hand holding a phone with an eSIM chip beside the solution statement
AI roaming marketplace diagram: operators on the left, AI agents in the centre and buyers on the right
Value chain slide: the roaming chain from carrier to end customer, and why it is not sustainable
Go-to-market slide: pressures on mobile operators arranged around a target diagram

The visual system

Design craft

  • Market-first storytelling

  • Diagrams, not bullets

The value chain, marketplace and go-to-market plan drawn so investors follow the logic.
