What we deliver
Pixel Presentation sells digital services only: presentation design, and AI credits for our AI draft studio. We never ship anything physical, so there are no shipping costs and no delivery address is needed.
How you receive your files
Each version of your presentation is checked by our studio, then delivered in your client account, where you can download it. We email you as soon as it is ready.
You get the editable source files in the software you ordered (PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote) and a PDF preview. The PDF preview is always available; the editable files unlock when the order is paid in full.
When you receive them
Delivery times are working days from a complete brief and depend on the number of slides and the delivery speed you choose. You see the delivery date and price of each speed before you order. Express is faster and costs more, and depends on a designer having the hours free.
If your order needs a deposit or an upfront payment, work starts once the payment is confirmed. Revised versions are delivered the same way as the first.
AI drafts and credit packs
AI drafts appear in the AI draft studio in your account as soon as they are ready.
Credits from a credit pack are added to your account once the payment is confirmed: usually straight away for a card payment through Stripe, and once we have confirmed that the money has arrived for a bank transfer or Payoneer payment.
Delays
If a deadline is at risk, we tell you straight away. If we can’t deliver what we agreed, our Refund and cancellation policy explains what you get back.
How long your files stay available
Your files stay available to download in your client account for 12 months after the project is completed. After that they are deleted from our storage, so please keep your own copies.
