How we work, timelines and files.
What do you design?
Pitch decks, sales and corporate presentations, board decks, keynotes and PowerPoint templates, in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
How long does a deck take?
3–5 working days for most 10–20 slide decks. Express (48 hours) and Rush (24 hours) are available when a designer has the hours free.
Can you use our brand?
Yes. Upload your brand guidelines, fonts and logo once and every project uses them.
Is my content confidential?
Yes. Files are private to your project team, staff use two-step sign-in, and we sign an NDA on request.
What files do I get?
Fully editable source files (PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides) plus a PDF. Editable files unlock when the order is paid.
How long does a presentation design project take?
Most 10–20 slide decks take 3–6 working days from brief to final files. Express delivery in 24–48 hours is available.
Do you design in PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote?
Yes. We build natively in each platform, so every slide stays fully editable.
Can you help with the storyline and content, not just design?
Yes. Story restructuring and copy polish are part of every pitch deck and business presentation.
Will my team be able to edit the slides?
Always. We use master layouts, real charts and linked fonts, never flattened images.
How do you keep our information confidential?
We sign NDAs on request, use secure file transfer and never outsource your project.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your current deck or notes, brand guidelines if you have them, and your deadline.
Can you combine services, like a pitch deck and a template?
Yes. Many clients start with a pitch deck and turn it into a reusable template. We quote combined projects as one.
Do you write the content?
We restructure and edit your content as part of every project, and can write from scratch on request.
Which software do you design in?
PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and Figma Slides, always natively and fully editable.
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Most of our clients are in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. We overlap with your working hours every day.
What happens after delivery?
You get source files, a PDF and all assets. Small edits within 14 days are free.
Pricing and payments
What it costs and how you pay.
Why is it only $10 a slide?
Clients arrive with their own content or an AI draft, so our designers spend their time on design rather than writing. We run a lean studio in Khulna and pass the saving on.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. Pay after you approve the final deck, pay a 50% deposit, or pay in full upfront and save 5%. Editable files unlock once the invoice is paid.
What counts as a complex slide?
Custom infographics, multi-series data charts, process diagrams, maps or illustrations built from scratch. They’re $15 instead of $10, and you see which slides count before you order.
What if I need more revisions?
Two rounds are included with every deck. Extra rounds are $25 each.
Do I need AI credits?
No. AI is optional. Upload your own deck, document or notes and our designers work from that. Credits are only for the AI draft studio: new accounts get 100 free (one 10-slide draft), then packs start at 500 credits for $10.
How much does presentation design cost?
Design is $10 a slide with a 5-slide minimum. Complex slides such as custom infographics are $15, and animation adds $3 a slide. You see the exact price before you order, and you can pay after you approve the final deck.
AI and credits
The optional AI draft studio.
Do I have to use AI?
No. AI is optional. Most clients upload their own deck, document or notes and our designers work from that.
How do AI credits work?
New accounts get 100 free credits for 30 days. A draft uses 10 credits a slide, and the credits come back when you order design on that draft. Packs start at 500 credits for $10.
Is my content used to train AI?
No. Your drafts and files are used only to make your presentation, and our AI providers are contractually barred from training on them.
Will my deck look AI-generated?
No. Every slide is designed by a person on our team and checked in studio QA before you see it.
