About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Pixel Presentation, a presentation design studio in Khulna, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). By ordering a project, creating an account or using our website, you accept them. If you order for a company, you confirm that you may agree to them on its behalf.
Our services
We design presentations: pitch decks, sales and corporate presentations, templates, animation, redesigns and more, in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote. Our designers do the design work. AI is optional and only helps you prepare content.
You can start from your own content or from a draft made in our AI draft studio. Both lead to the same design process.
Prices and quotes
You see the exact price before you order. Prices are per slide with a 5-slide minimum, plus the add-ons and delivery speed you choose, as shown when you order. For large or unusual work we send a written quote, and the quote applies.
Prices are in US dollars unless your invoice says otherwise.
Payment
You choose how to pay when you order: after you approve the final deck, a 50% deposit with the balance on approval, or the full amount upfront with 5% off.
We accept bank transfer and Payoneer. A payment counts once we have confirmed that the money has arrived. Editable files unlock when the order is paid in full; PDF previews are always available.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery times are working days from a complete brief and depend on the speed you choose. If a deadline is at risk, we tell you straight away.
Two revision rounds are included with every deck. Extra rounds are charged at the price shown when you order. Changes beyond the original brief, such as new slides, may be priced separately; we always ask first.
AI credits
Credits are used only in the AI draft studio. Free credits for new accounts expire after 30 days. Purchased credits last 12 months, and an unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Bonus credits returned when you order design on a draft last 6 months.
Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. We may hold free credits while we check for abuse, for example repeated sign-ups.
Your content
You keep all rights in the content, brand assets and files you give us. You confirm that you may use them and that they don’t break the law or anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use them only to deliver your project.
The finished work
When your order is paid in full, the finished presentation and its editable files are yours. Fonts, stock images and icons stay under their own licences; we tell you if any of them needs a licence of your own.
We show your work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Confidentiality
We keep your content confidential, share it only with the people working on your project, and sign an NDA on request.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order before design starts, and we refund anything you have paid. If you cancel after design has started, we charge for the work done so far. If we can’t deliver what we agreed, we refund what you paid for the part we didn’t deliver.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service.
Liability
We take care with every project, but our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed funding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date and version at the top of the page show which terms apply. An order keeps the terms that applied when it was placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without taking away any rights the law of your own country gives you.
