Shebara: an operations plan that feels like the resort

Shebara's Rooms Division had to show how six departments become one seamless guest journey. We designed and animated a vision deck that looks and moves like the resort itself.

The challenge

An operations plan usually arrives as org charts and SOPs. Shebara's Rooms Division had to present six departments (Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Spa, Boutique and Recreation) as one connected ecosystem, held to five-star standards.

The deck had to carry real operational detail, like check-in under five minutes and 13 dedicated butlers, without losing the feeling of the place.

  • Visual identity
  • Custom layouts
  • Storytelling
  • Animation

Inside the deck

“Five Acts. One Room.” slide: a signature guest ritual in timed stages over a resort villa at sunset

“Five Acts. One Room.” The Saudi Senses signature ritual, told as five timed stages.

Our approach

  1. 01

    Told through the guest's stay

The deck follows a guest's stay: arrival, personal service, experiences, spa, boutique, housekeeping. Each department appears at the moment it matters to the guest.

  2. 02

Designed with the resort's own light

Full-bleed resort photography, a warm sand-and-ink palette, and Montserrat headlines over calm Inter Tight text, all on a few repeating layouts for a steady rhythm.

  3. 03

    Animated for presence

Entrance animation and Morph transitions throughout, so each section unfolds like a walk through the property.

“One Connected Ecosystem” slide: the Rooms Division departments listed beside an aerial photo of overwater villas
Guest experience slide: personal service figures on glass cards over an infinity pool and the sea
“Beyond the Villa” slide: morning, cultural and evening experiences beside a couple walking on the beach
Closing slide: “One Vision, One Team, One Future” beside guests relaxing on a pool daybed

The visual system

The palette, type and structure used throughout the deck.

Palette

  • Ink #231F20
  • Sand #E8D5CE
  • Mist #ECE8E5
  • White #FFFFFF

Typefaces

  • Montserrat Headlines and section tags
  • Inter Tight Body and figures

Design craft

  • A visual identity from the resort

Sand-and-ink colours, resort photography and refined type, so the deck feels like a stay at Shebara.

  • Custom master layouts

A small set of layouts gives every department the same rhythm, spacing and polish.

  • Motion with purpose

Entrances and Morph transitions reveal each department like a walk through the property.

What we delivered

  1. 01

One vision the whole team shares

Six departments now tell one guest story, in one visual language.

  2. 02

    A five-star first impression

The deck carries the same standard the resort promises its guests.

  3. 03

    Files built to last

Native PowerPoint on custom masters, ready for the next presentation.
